Shipping policy
The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components. In addition to the stated prices, we charge the following shipping costs per order for delivery. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
Depending on the nature of the goods and the size of the shipment, we generally send the goods using the safest and fastest route. Shipping is carried out by our shipping partner GLS or by a shipping company.
Shipping usually takes place on the next working day after confirmed receipt of payment or a guaranteed payment confirmation from a third-party provider (PayPal). When paying in advance, please take into account that the duration of the transfer will be added.
